So I had a hurricane of ideas today and i went nuts trying to make it happen.. i envisioned my page and went to the Italian market to make it happen -> then a photo shoot ->then used the ingredients i bought to make yummy pizza - > then tossed the image into photoshop to see what i would roughly look like
so i know the photo and assets need a lot of tweaking but i love the layout and I'm still talking to my partners hoping they love it too
PS this made me ten times more excited about this project!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the white box would be a slide show of dishes... hopefully- we are still waiting for promised photo CD

this is really cool. adding the background photo with the frame in the middle is a great idea. it keeps it simple with a set template and then unique with actual items that they use surrounding it.
ReplyDeletegreat idea
Im really looking forward to seeing how this will look when its tweaked to perfection. The image is quite inviting and it makes me want to eat their food. The ingredients look fresh and that makes me feel like the actual food that they make uses those same fresh ingredients. The colors are yummy and its a great first impression for future patrons that are looking at dining at the restaurant.
ReplyDeleteSO LEGIT!
ReplyDeleteI love the picture....so much that I now want a PIZZA!!I think it is off to a great start and I like the idea of the slide show showing the food. One question....would this image be on all pages or just the "food" page?
ReplyDeleteI agree with everyone, the background photo is pretty legit. I especially like the wooden table underneath which gives the rest of background a textured and rustic look where the food is absent. Yum, yum, yum, delicioso! (As Dora would say... or someone, I think someone says that...)
ReplyDeleteI really really really like it. Like the others said, it is awesome. Colorful, engaging, and also already explains what the place is about without even looking at the content (that will be in the white box)
ReplyDeleteI think it looks great, does need a lil color correction on the photo to make it look not so raw. Its a great color palate and wonderfully delicious looking. great Job!!
